The Successful Applicant

• A degree in engineering or business-related fields.
• Proven experience in sales leadership within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of the automation-robotics industry and its market dynamics.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• The ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis.
