Anidhya Avenues Private Limited is seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Head to join our team in Hyderabad.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead sales operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to business growth through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury segment.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and business planning skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
