Sales Head

As a Sales Head for Machine Tools, you will be responsible for leading our machine tools business in Indoor Madhya Pradesh. Your role will involve managing the regional sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this position must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, along with extensive experience in industrial equipment or machine tools sales and leadership. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business targets, leading and managing the sales team across assigned regions, identifying new business opportunities, and driving customer acquisition. You will also be expected to maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders, monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, as well as collaborate with internal departments for project execution and service support. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing sales forecasts and performance reports for management and ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. You should have at least 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the machine tools or capital equipment industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams. Strong business development, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Additionally, you should be willing to travel across regions as required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
