Chokore is a fast-growing Indian accessories brand that focuses on blending elegance, innovation, and heritage. Our wide product range includes pocket squares, ties, sunglasses, hats, and perfumes, all designed for modern India. At Chokore, we aim to create not just products but moments of identity, confidence, and culture. As we expand into the B2B corporate gifting space, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Head to lead and grow Chokore's B2B Gifting Division. This strategic role involves building our corporate gifting business from the ground up, which includes prospecting clients, pitching personalized solutions, closing large orders, and managing key relationships. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in corporate gifting, a strong network, and an understanding of fashion and lifestyle products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute the B2B gifting sales plan in line with brand positioning and revenue goals. - Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with corporates, agencies, HR, and procurement heads for corporate gifting and employee engagement opportunities. - End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from pitch to negotiation to closure to collections with a consultative approach. - Custom Gifting Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to create bespoke gifting options for various occasions. - Relationship Management: Establish long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals. - Market Insights: Stay informed about trends in corporate gifting, procurement cycles, and competitor offerings. Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of experience in corporate gifting sales or institutional sales. - Proven track record in closing large-volume gifting deals with corporates or agencies. - Strong network of corporate, HR, procurement, and marketing decision-makers. - Excellent pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Experience in fashion accessories or premium lifestyle brands is advantageous. - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Prior experience in gifting companies, merchandising agencies, or high-end fashion/lifestyle brands. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The job is based in Gurugram, Haryana, requiring reliable commuting or relocation.
