Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in direct sales within the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related fields, and be highly motivated by achieving sales targets. This role involves driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, managing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the company meets its sales goals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate new business leads through direct sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, client meetings, and industry events.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand their interior design needs and offer tailored solutions.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by closing high-value deals and securing long-term clients.
Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous sales growth.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and lead conversion to the management team.
Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s interior design services and solutions.
Deliver quotes and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals, ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
Use insights from market research to develop targeted sales pitches and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide sales forecasts and reports to management, ensuring transparency in performance and opportunities.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, client retention, and revenue generation.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Additional certifications or courses in sales, negotiation, or interior design are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of direct sales experience in the interior design industry or a similar field (e.g., real estate, architecture, construction).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a target-based environment.
Experience in selling interior design services and products, with a deep understanding of client needs and the design process.

Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence clients and close deals effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.
