We are seeking energetic and persuasive Telecalling Sales Executive professionals to join our growing organization. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students or parents, explaining course offerings, and converting leads into enrolments. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication, product knowledge, and customer handling skills. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, and marketing teams - Explain the features and benefits of our educational products (online courses, test prep, career programs, etc.) - Understand the students learning needs and guide them to the appropriate course - Follow-up regularly with leads via calls, emails, and messages to ensure closure - Maintain proper records of calls, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system - Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs - Handle customer queries and objections professionally to build trust - Coordinate with internal teams/External Teams (Principals, academic counselors, support, etc.) to ensure a seamless on boarding experience.
