Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients including corporates, colleges, and institutions.
Understand customer IT requirements and recommend suitable products or services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals professionally.
Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure seamless post-sales support.
Maintain a strong understanding of EpicSystems’ product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Keep detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in IT product or service sales .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of IT hardware and willingness to learn technical details.
Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to travel for client meetings, if required.
