Role Overview

Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (founders, HRs, tech heads, etc.)
• Understand client needs and propose suitable staffing solutions
• Manage sales pipeline and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team for seamless onboarding
• Meet monthly sales targets and report on progress
• Use LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking to build relationships

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in

  B2B sales

  or

  IT staffing

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with international markets (US/UK/Middle East preferred)
• Understanding of IT roles, hiring trends, and contract staffing
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record

Compensation & Commission Structure

• Base Salary

  : ₹20,000 per month

• Commission

  :
• Upto ₹1,00,000 profit/month:

  20% commission

• ₹1,00,001 – ₹3,00,000 profit/month:

  15% commission

• ₹3,00,001 and above profit/month:

  10% flat commission
