Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential customers for rooftop solar solutions through cold calling, lead generation, and sales outreach. Conduct field visits to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored services. Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as number of leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales or direct sales with a focus on renewable energy products like solar panels. Strong convincing power, selling skills, pressure handling abilities, target achievement track record. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls/meetings.
