Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate must have strong B2C sales skills, excellent communication in English and Hindi, and the ability to handle clients effectively from lead to post-sale service. Key Responsibilities :Generate and convert leads to achieve monthly sales targets. Directly manage B2C client interactions, both on-site and remotely. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products (uPVC/Aluminium doors and windows). Handle full sales cycle – from inquiry to order closing and after-sales service. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Support the company’s visibility and presence through field activities and client visits. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM tools. Required Skills :Proven experience in B2C sales and client management (doors, windows, or building materials preferred). Excellent sales conversion and communication skills. Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Ability to build rapport and explain technical products to clients clearly. Self-driven, confident, and committed to achieving goals.
