Key Responsibilities :Generate and convert leads to achieve monthly sales targets. Directly manage B2C client interactions, both on-site and remotely. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Support the company’s visibility and presence through field activities and client visits. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM tools. Required Skills :Proven experience in B2C sales and client management (doors, windows, or building materials preferred). Excellent sales conversion and communication skills. Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Ability to build rapport and explain technical products to clients clearly. Self-driven, confident, and committed to achieving goals. Proficient in MS Excel and general computer tools. Comfortable with multi-tasking and deadline-based follow-ups. Organized, responsible, and capable of maintaining detailed records.
