Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our construction materials directly to builders, contractors, developers, retailers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving field-based marketing initiatives, generating sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.
• Visit construction sites, builders, developers, and distributors regularly to promote products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, site engineers, architects, and dealers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer sites.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of local construction market and customer base is an added advantage.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to different client locations.

Preferred Products Knowledge (Optional):

• Roofing sheets, Concrete Mixture, lifting hoist machine, crash barrier, Scaffolding, Prop Jacks.
