Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. The position is at the executive level and is a full-time role. The selected candidate will operate in Bhagalpur, Gaya, Saharsa, Aurangabad, Nawada, Mothihari, and Begusarai. The primary focus will be to enhance GEAR UP's market presence and achieve sales targets through effective B2B strategies and channel sales activities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets effectively in a competitive environment.
  • Proficient in conducting compelling product demonstrations that meet customer requirements and close sales opportunities.
  • Ability to manage channel sales effectively to maximize revenue and ensure a strong and supportive partner network.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to drive strategic sales planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle customer objections and close deals successfully with favorable outcomes.
  • Capability to prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to help in strategic business planning and decision-making.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced commercial environment with a willingness to learn and incorporate feedback effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in existing markets across assigned territories.
  • Identify and approach new customers to expand the client base and explore new market opportunities for GEAR UP.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to optimize product visibility and sales volume across different platforms.
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations and attend client meetings to highlight the advantages of GEAR UP's product offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to anticipate business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and performance analytics to senior management, suggesting improvements and forecasts.
  • Participate actively in trade shows, customer events, and seminars to promote GEAR UP and engage directly with stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback on product features, client needs, and market trends to support product development team in refining offerings.
