Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing FMCG spices division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and ensuring effective distribution and availability of our spice products in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Visit retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell spice products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail network. Ensure product visibility and placement as per planogram and merchandising standards. Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to management. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback. Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotions and sampling activities. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Key Skills & Competencies:Proven sales experience in FMCG (preferably in the food/spices segment) Strong negotiation and communication skills Result-oriented with a customer-first approach Good understanding of the local market and consumer behavior Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
