Conductmarket research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Set upmeetings with potential clients and deliver appropriate presentations onproducts and services
Createweekly sales reports, fieldwork reports on a daily basis & status of salesagainst the submitted monthly plan.
Negotiate/closedeals and handle complaints or any objections
Collaboratewith team members to achieve better results

Requirements:
1+ Yearsof Work Experience (Smart Freshers with chemistry Background can be considered)
Bachelorsdegree in Chemistry - Required [ Must ]
Preferredfrom Lab and Research Chemicals Domain [ Must]
Proficiencyin local language in respective locations as mentioned
Thoroughunderstanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fastlearner and passion for sales
Self-motivatedwith a results-driven approach
Hands-onexperience with ERP software is a plus
