Roles & Responsibilities: The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.
As a member of the COE Avanade Analytics team, you will equip Avanade people with solutions to meet their sales reporting needs, by:

Be part of the core Data and analytics team supporting Avanade Sales organization

Deep skills on Avanade Sales enterprise data, tools and processes

Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models.

Use advanced Excel functions to automate and streamline reporting processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.

Support business teams by providing timely, accurate, and insightful data analysis.

Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to supplement Excel reports.

Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic initiatives.

Document reporting processes and provide training to end-users as needed.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Tools & Reporting process.

Professional & Technical

Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, analytics or similar field

Three or more years of experience doing similar work.

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

2 PM IST to 11PM IST
Good to have-

Masters degree in a technical field

Understanding of sales processes and technology

Project management experience

Quality assurance experience
