Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and

    develop new business opportunities

    within the

    industrial automation and control panel sectors.

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions from our portfolio (including

    PLC Panels, MCC, PCC, Drive Panels

    , etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver impactful

    technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

    to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with

    internal design and production teams to ensure customer requirements

    are met within project timelines.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms

    in coordination with senior management.
  • Maintain and nurture

    strong relationships with existing customers

    to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the company

    at

    trade shows

    ,

    exhibitions

    , and

    industry events

    to

    promote product offerings and build market presence.

  • Gather and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business strategy and product development.
  • Regularly prepare and

    submit sales reports, revenue forecasts, and competitor analysis

    to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation

    , or a related field.
  • Minimum of

    5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing

    of

    electrical control panels

    and

    industrial automation products

    .
  • In-depth

    knowledge of PLC systems, MCC/PCC panels, VFD/Drive panels, control desks, and relevant electrical systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    with strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
  • Self-driven

    ,

    result-oriented,

    and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset

    with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently

    for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
