Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in IC, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics
CTC: ₹4–5 LPA (No bar for the right candidate)
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial automation solutions to drive B2B sales across key locations in Gujarat. The role involves end-to-end client engagement—from lead generation to order execution—while promoting automation systems like PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, and servo systems.
Generate and convert leads in industrial automation space
Understand client control system needs and propose technical solutions
Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOM, and system architecture
Negotiate with clients and close sales
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
Ensure timely collections and maintain client relationships
Promote solutions to OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants
Operate and report using ERP system
Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, Sensors, and Servo Systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
Fluent in English; ERP usage experience preferred
