• Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with clients, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospects.
•  Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including product specification, installation, and troubleshooting.
•  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM system.
•  Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product development teams.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and services
•  Achieve sales targets and goals as set by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Marketing field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering role.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel as required.
