Delivering student-centered counseling with a consultative sales approach, you will identify students" goals and align them with program benefits. Training team members in objection handling and upselling relevant programs will be essential to drive sales-driven academic counseling. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing initiatives that enhance student satisfaction and retention. Positive word-of-mouth referrals and long-term brand loyalty are integral to building a sustainable sales pipeline. Collaboration with departments such as marketing, finance, and academics is crucial for smooth pre- and post-admission transitions. This ensures an enhanced student experience and increases the likelihood of successful conversions, contributing to revenue growth. Utilizing CRM platforms to manage the prospective student pipeline, track interactions, and analyze sales funnel data will be part of your role. Generating actionable reports for leadership to assess performance and optimize recruitment strategies is key to your success. Conducting regular training for the team on sales techniques, CRM tools, and market trends is important. Encouraging continuous improvement through workshops and feedback loops will foster a sales-minded counseling culture within the team.
