Job Description

You will be joining Wipro Limited as a Senior Manager Presales, with the preferred location being Bengaluru. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting the Sales team in handling complex, multi-service line, or large deals within the Consumer, Retail & Lifesciences Services industries in the A1 Strategic Market Unit. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior Deal Execution Managers and overseeing multiple deals being executed by the team. As a Manager/Senior Manager Presales, your role will encompass various key responsibilities: RFP Management: - Lead efforts to pursue and secure 10M+ multi-service line deals. - Collaborate with SMU and GBL leaders to create a Deal Summary and Win Strategy. - Manage end-to-end solutions process for pursuits in coordination with GBL/Practice SME and Marketing. - Project manage the entire bid, ensuring timely submission and addressing risks effectively. Solution Integration: - Act as the SMU SPoC for the integrated solution, working closely with GBL sales, practice, delivery, and domain consultants. - Craft compelling solution storyboards with inputs from stakeholders. - Engage customers to gather necessary clarifications and align the final solution architecture with terms and conditions. - Take charge of the legal review process and manage approval for deal clauses. Estimation & Commercial: - Coordinate with GBL/practices/delivery for estimation and deal pricing. - Engage in building various commercial model scenarios. Sales Enablement: - Drive initiatives to meet GTM and geo pipeline targets. - Collaborate with Account and Hunting Sales Leaders to develop specific offerings based on market demand. - Represent the solution offering to client buyers and other groups as a key member of the sales team. Team Management & Bid Leadership: - Mentor junior team members and monitor the execution of multiple bids. - Improve team efficiency by leveraging knowledge repositories and reusable toolkits/playbooks. Desired Candidate Profile: - Engineering/MBA (full time) or Post Graduate Preferred. - Minimum 12 years of Work Experience, with 6+ years in pre-sales & solutions. - Strong understanding of digital, data, cloud, run & change, and infrastructure technologies. - Proficiency in enterprise IT, delivery models, pricing models, presales solutioning, and bid management. - Ability to create innovative solutions, handle multiple deals, and drive consensus within diverse teams. - Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Strong business acumen and financial understanding. - Passion for sales in Consumer, Retail, and Lifesciences Services industry.
