Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales CRM based in Ahmedabad. The Sales CRM will manage customer relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, track sales data, and handle client communications. The role involves project management to ensure that all sales and customer relationship objectives are met. The Sales CRM will also assist in analysing data to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation
• Practical Communication skills for client interaction
• Project Management skills to oversee sales initiatives
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
