Academic qualification

• Essential:

  B.COM/ Any Graduate

• SAP/ERP Knowledge
• Billing / Invoice

Primary Responsibilities

• To support and assist the marketing department with all backend marketing operations.
• Sales Order Processing in the system.
• To prepare Invoices, Tracking Courier, Payment Follow-up, GRN Completion Note
• Letter Correspondences towards invoice submission to client, Courier Tracking
• Follow-up – Payment Follow-up
• Goods Receipt Note Follow-up against Invoice
• Collection of Expired Bank Guarantees
• Collection of Bill of Entry
• Collection of LR Acknowledgment from Transporter/ Logistic Dept
• To keep a track of the purchase orders and informing marketing department, directors and concerned Vasai factory authorities about the same.
• To assist marketing department in preparing write-ups, ads for different water and other environment related magazines and forwarding them for publication after confirmation from marketing heads and directors.
• MIS – Order book, Project Status

Environmental Condition

The person in this position will have to travel occasionally in and around Mumbai.
