Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their performance and career development.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on new products and sales techniques.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote offerings.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
