Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Center Manager, located in Mumbai. The Sales Center Manager will oversee daily operations of the sales center, manage and motivate the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, conducting sales training, and reporting on sales metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
• Skills in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management and satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and report on sales metrics
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
