Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Assistant, located on-site in Gurugram. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include generating sales reports, coordinating with clients, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in the preparation of sales presentations. This role requires close interaction with the sales team to streamline the sales process and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in customer service or sales support roles
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
