Role & responsibilities About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting sales processes, optimizing operational workflows, and contributing to the efficiency and success of the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) with accurate data. Support the creation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Analyze sales data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. Help streamline and document sales processes and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure operational alignment. Participate in forecasting and pipeline review processes. Provide administrative support during sales campaigns and initiatives. Assist with sales enablement initiatives (e.g., playbooks, training material). Preferred candidate profile Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Familiarity with CRM tool (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or coursework in Sales, Business Operations, or Data Analytics. Interest in pursuing a career in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy.
