Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Srinagar. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote KIPS' products and services. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, overseeing sales activities, conducting training sessions for school educators, and managing sales operations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and expertise in Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
