Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:Train the sales force to following points;1. Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable textile products (sarees, men's wear, kids wear, etc.)2. Explain product features, quality, pricing, and offers3. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management4. Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences5. Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service6. Manage billing and handle point-of-sale systems7. Collect customer feedback and suggest improvementsMarketing Responsibilities:Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (festivals, wedding season, back-to-school, etc.)Coordinate with digital marketing team for social media promotions (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)Work with local influencers and community groups for promotionsOrganize in-store events, seasonal decor, and customer engagement activitiesAssist in distributing flyers, brochures, and managing local hoardingsConduct market research and competitor analysis in the local areaTrack ROI of marketing campaigns and provide weekly reports---Experience:1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the textile/apparel/retail sectorFreshers with strong communication and passion for fashion retail may also apply---Key Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil & EnglishStrong understanding of customer behavior and textile trendsKnowledge of local market (Thiruvarur & Mayiladuthurai)Time management and multitasking skillsBasic knowledge of social media and local marketing toolsTeam player with a pleasant personality---Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceIncentives on sales performanceStaff discounts on purchasesCareer growth opportunities within the company
