Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Effibotic Inc. The Specialist will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, conducting training sessions, and managing sales activities.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Communicate customer feedback to the product development team
• Handle marketing or social media campaign
• Support in branding Effibotic Inc and its products
• 2+ years of Experience in a Sales and Marketing role, selling SAAS is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant Sales software and CRM tools
• Associate or any bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in BPO or Call center handing American or Canadian Markets is an advantage
• Flexibility to time zone differences
• Quick learner and adapt to changing market requirements.
• Experience in driving SAAS sales remotely
