Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Raipur. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for training and mentoring junior sales staff.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor junior sales staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the same or similar industry is a plus
