Job Title: Marketing Executive – Color Cosmetics (UV Gel Nail Polish) Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Executive with expertise in international and domestic marketing for color cosmetics , specifically UV gel nail polish . This role will focus on B2B business development , with potential expansion into B2C marketing in the future. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, an understanding of brands and trends, and a passion for beauty and cosmetics marketing . Key Responsibilities • Identify, Visit & build a network of nail salons, nail art schools, and nail techs – starting in Maharashtra (MMR region). • Plan and execute product sampling and demo programs to drive salon-level adoption. • Create and lead marketing campaigns targeting the professional beauty segment. • Organize events, workshops, and in-salon activations to promote the product. • Work with the sales team to align marketing with on-ground salon acquisition efforts . • Develop B2B brochures, sample kits, and promotional materials for salon outreach. • Collect feedback from the field to guide product messaging and improve engagement. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B marketing or beauty product sales , preferably in salons or the nail industry. • Strong local knowledge of the Maharashtra professional beauty market . • Ability to build and manage relationships with salon professionals and educators. • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to field marketing and sampling . • Excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills.
