Job Description: This individual will be responsible for maintaining seamless communication with our delivery partner & customers, understanding their needs, and driving successful outcomes by leveraging smart, strategic thinking. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thinks ahead, anticipates challenges, and works collaboratively to ensure high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and sustainable relationships. This role requires a customer-first mindset, with a keen ability to adapt and respond to changing business and client demands. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as key point of contact for customers and delivery partners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of any issues. o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key delivery partners & customers to understand their business needs and provide value-driven solutions. 2. Smart Thinking & Problem-Solving: Apply creative thinking and problem-solving techniques to overcome challenges and deliver effective solutions. Continuously assess processes and systems to optimize delivery efficiency, reducing costs and improving quality. Think outside the box to suggest innovative strategies that meet both customer and business needs. 3.
