Job Description

This role is for one of Weekday's clients with a minimum experience of 3 years required. The location is in Gurgaon, Delhi, and it is a full-time job position. At OneMetric, we are dedicated to offering comprehensive and easily executable go-to-market strategies to US, UK, and Europe-based SaaS companies to reduce their time to market and revenue cycles. We specialize in working with HubSpot and Salesforce customers to optimize their CRM tools for marketing, sales, services, CS processes & reporting. As a part of our team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities: - Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas - Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients" business challenges and objectives - Collaborate with clients to develop strategic account plans and goals - Manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion - Generate testimonials, resolve any issues, and track processes related to client desires - Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling complementary services Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field - 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success - Strong client relationship management skills and exceptional communication abilities - Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in working with a marketing agency is a plus Soft requirements: - Willingness to work in a startup culture - Flexibility with work hours - Proactive, motivated, and willing to take ownership and solve problems to achieve substantial results in life,
