Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and enforcement of safety policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments under supervision.
• Support in ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines and legal regulations.
• Promote safe practices at the job site by conducting toolbox talks and awareness sessions.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure it is properly worn and maintained.
• Help in investigating and documenting accidents or near-miss incidents.
• Prepare and maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Support the senior HSE team during audits, inspections, and safety drills.
• Maintain signage, safety boards, and emergency equipment on-site.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering .
• 0–1 year of experience in a safety or engineering site role.
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at project or industrial sites.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,267.44 - ₹44,696.13 per month
