STEM Coach / Learning Facilitator
Location: Raipur
Mode: On-site (not an online/edtech role)

Role Overview:

As a Coach, you will facilitate a hands-on, project-based learning program for K–12 students in a partner school. You will be responsible for delivering experiential learning sessions using tools like IoT, Robotics, Coding, Engineering Design, and more. This is an opportunity to work directly with students aged 6–16 and help them explore, build, and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the learning outcomes and student engagement during the program
• Deliver project-based sessions in emerging technologies such as IoT, Robotics, 3D Design, and Coding
• Collaborate effectively with school staff, students, and management to ensure successful implementation
• Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
• Provide support and motivation to students while guiding them through complex problem-solving activities

Candidate Profile:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with technologies such as Robotics, Mechatronics, Coding, 3D Design, or Programming
• At least 2 years of experience working in collaborative team environments
• Degree or Master’s in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, ECE, Mechanical) or Design
• Adaptable and resilient personality; ability to manage ambiguity and dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Passionate about education, innovation, and student development
• Self-motivated and goal-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
