Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Retail Sales & Operations Associate Trainer located in Indore. The Associate Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on product knowledge, retail sales techniques, and customer service. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, facilitating workshops, monitoring the progress of trainees, and providing feedback. The role may also entail coordinating with different departments to ensure training objectives are met effectively.

• Sales skills and the ability to train others
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in the retail or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred
