Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. He/She should be dynamic, energetic & dedicated candidates who want to work in a competitive environment selling Residential Property to individual clients & investors. Effectively manages Lead with site visits, follow Ups & several meetings with potential clients in order to close the deal. Responsibilities Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients Confident & having a passion for selling with outstanding negotiation & convincing skill Ready to travel across the city and good knowledge of localities Handling Site visits as well as walk In Doing a survey of micro market periodically Co-ordination with back office Resolving customers queries Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Go getter with good attention to details and commitment to work Excellent verbal and written communications skills. (Hindi, Marathi & English) Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manage time effectively Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Must have work experience in Thane and Navi Mumbai market. Must have experience working for real estate industry Must have at least 6 months of experience working in Channel partner firm
