Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. Handle complete accounting on Tally ERP including journal entries, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and TDC returns in compliance with statutory requirements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for management review. Work on audits, handle statutory compliances, and coordinate with external CA or audit firms. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments. Maintain financial discipline and ensure internal controls are being followed. Support in strategic financial decision-making and business planning ilities Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 56 years of experience in core accounting and financial management. Proficient in Tally ERP, GST filing, TDS/TDC calculations and compliance. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and financial regulations. Advantageous if previously worked alongside a Chartered Accountant (CA) or in a CA firm. Must hold a professional certification CA (preferred), CPA, CMA, or ACCA. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
