Certification in Indian Sign Language (ISL) or any recognized Sign Language program.
Proven experience teaching sign language or working with hearing-impaired students.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of educational assistive technologies is a plus.
Experience in a CBSE/ICSE/State Board school or a special needs institution.
Ability to create engaging and accessible teaching materials.
Understanding of auditory devices like hearing aids or cochlear implants is an advantage.
