Relationship Officer – HR Department

Location: Erode Company: Swastiks Groups Department: Human Resources Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role As a Relationship Officer in our HR Department, you will serve as the first point of contact between employees and HR. Your key role will be to build and maintain strong interpersonal connections across departments, enhance employee satisfaction, and support HR operations through effective communication and coordination.
