Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to oversee and manage client relationships across our multiple salon branches. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to coordinate between teams, and experience in the beauty or service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across all salon branches.
Ensure consistent service quality and client satisfaction at each location.
Handle VIP clients, customer feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with branch managers and front desk teams to ensure smooth client service.
Monitor and improve client retention and loyalty across all branches.
Promote offers, memberships, and upselling of services across locations.
Maintain and analyze client data to identify service trends and improve relationships.
Visit branches regularly to understand customer experience and support staff needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in client servicing, relationship management, or customer care.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and travel between branches.
Well-presented, confident, and service-oriented personality.
Basic understanding of salon services, packages, and client preferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience in managing relationships across retail, salon, or hospitality chains.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
