Position Overview:

As a Relationship Manager (Agency Channel), you will be at the frontline of InsuranceDekho’s mission – helping us expand our network of insurance partners (POSPs), support their growth, and drive insurance penetration in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruit and onboard new Point of Sale Persons (POSPs) under the agency model.

* Train, mentor, and activate POSPs to sell insurance policies digitally.

* Monitor daily performance, provide sales support, and ensure achievement of targets.

* Maintain strong working relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement.

* Promote InsuranceDekho’s tech tools and features to improve agent productivity.

* Conduct market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

Experience: 6 months – 3 years of experience in field sales (BFSI, telecom, FMCG, or related).

Skills: Excellent communication, relationship management, and a drive to achieve goals.

Smartphone & 2-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
