Role Description:

Relationship Managers

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in client acquisition, cross-selling financial products, and driving revenue growth through advisory and execution services.


What You Will Do:

🔹 Identify potential clients through lead generation, referrals, cold calling, and other business development activities

🔹 Understand the client’s financial goals and risk appetite to offer suitable investment solutions

🔹 Sell and distribute investment products including Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Bonds, Insurance, and Loan services

🔹 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

🔹 Ensure timely follow-ups and prompt resolution of client queries and concerns

🔹 Stay updated with market trends, new products, and regulatory guidelines

🔹 Meet individual and team targets as defined by the organization

🔹 Assist clients in opening Demat accounts and ensure smooth onboarding and documentation


Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management

• Develop and manage a client base through personal contacts, market leads, and digital outreach

• Regular portfolio reviews and updates to ensure alignment with client goals

Product Sales & Cross-Selling

• Distribute products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Loans (PL/HL/BL), and Insurance

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Servicing & Retention

• Provide regular market updates and investment advice

• Handle post-sale servicing, relationship strengthening, and upselling

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and SEBI/regulatory guidelines


Qualification & Skills Required:

Education:

💼 Experience:

• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in finance may also apply

🧠 Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales acumen and target-driven mindset

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

• NISM certifications (Mutual Fund / Equity Derivatives) preferred
