Role Title: Regional Sales Manager
Role Responsibilities:
o Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth which includes development and execution of regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies.
o Distribution & Retail Management
o Track sales performance, inventory levels, and market feedback.
o Prepare regular reports on regional sales metrics, challenges, and growth opportunities.
o Work closely with supply chain, product development, and HQ teams to align strategies.
