Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Regional Sales Manager with proven experience in EdTech and channel sales to drive business growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both direct institutional sales (schools, colleges, coaching centers) and indirect sales via channel partners (distributors, resellers, education consultants). This role requires excellent leadership, networking, and business development skills, along with deep knowledge of the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan focused on both direct and indirect sales channels.
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (distributors, resellers, franchisees, education consultants).
Lead the direct sales effort to acquire schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational bodies.
Drive partner enablement by providing training, resources, and co-marketing support.
Monitor performance of channel partners and direct sales team to ensure achievement of regional targets.
Conduct regular field visits, product demos, and client/partner meetings across the region.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategy as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and support teams.
Ensure accurate reporting via CRM tools and deliver sales forecasts to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of sales experience in EdTech, with a blend of channel sales and B2B/institutional sales.
Strong network within the education ecosystem (schools, colleges, coaching centers, etc.).
Proven ability to manage and grow channel partner ecosystems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
