Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations across a defined territory, specifically targeting HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) channels. The role involves driving primary and secondary sales, distributor management, retail penetration, and market expansion while ensuring high performance of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (primary and secondary) in the assigned territory.

• Identify and onboard new HORECA clients and expand existing business.

• Develop and manage a strong distributor network to ensure consistent market supply.

• Implement and monitor trade marketing and visibility initiatives in the territory.

• Track market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the sales and marketing team.

• Ensure execution of promotional campaigns and activations with a focus on ROI.

• Regularly review performance metrics, inventory levels, and sales reports for alignment with business goals.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverages industry with a strong exposure to HORECA segment.

• Proven track record in managing distributors and achieving sales targets.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage field teams.
