We Are Hiring – Regional Sales Manager (Medical Equipment - Post Surgical Product)

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our client, a Denmark based MNC & a market leader in medical products and ostomy care solutions.

✔ Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned region.

✔ Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing medical sales team.

✔ Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and distributors.

✔ Manage tenders, pricing strategies, and dealer networks.

✔ Ensure execution of sales strategies and performance tracking via CRM (SFDC).

✅ What We Are Looking For:

🎓 Education: Science/Pharmacy Graduate (MBA preferred).

📊 Experience: 10-15 years in medical product sales with 5+ years of leadership.

🛠 Skills:

✅ Proven sales growth track record in medical devices or pharma.

✅ Strong team leadership & coaching abilities.

✅ Experience in tender management, KOL engagement, and dealer networks.

✅ Proficiency in SFDC/Salesforce and Sales Management Tools.
