Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will develop sales and distribution within the assigned region, develop new customers and implement strategies to increase market share. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with the Head Quarter to ensure adequate product supply, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, team leadership, and regional planning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
