Post: Reels Editor Company: PixelOMedia Location- On-site, Jaipur Experience: 0 to 2 years Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and on-brand Reels and short-form video content. Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, music, sound effects, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, popular audio, and editing techniques specific to short-form video platforms. Collaborate closely with content creators, social media managers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver on creative vision. Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects. Optimize video content for various aspect ratios and platform specifications. Implement feedback effectively and iteratively to refine edits. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives. Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for new Reel concepts. Requirements Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in short-form video content (Reels, Shorts). Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective content best practices. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced agency environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of color correction and audio mixing. Experience with motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects). Familiarity with graphic design principles.
